No Refunds

Due to the nature of our event and the commitment of resources required, all sales for Relay for Life tickets are final. We regret to inform you that we cannot offer any refunds once a ticket has been purchased.

Transfer of Tickets

While we do not offer refunds, tickets are transferable. If you are unable to participate in the event, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please contact our customer service team at contact@cancer.org.my with the details of the transfer.

Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that Relay for Life is canceled, we will notify all participants and provide options which may include transferring your registration to a future event or other alternatives as determined by the organizing committee.

1. Relay for Life Malaysia 2025 is organised by the National Cancer Society of Malaysia (NCSM) and is open to everyone to participate.
2. All participants warrant providing true, accurate, current and complete personal information during registration.
3. The confirmation of participation is only valid with the confirmed payment of the required fee.
4. All entries are NON-REFUNDABLE.
5. Event T-shirt size is strictly based on the size selected by the participant during registration; any request of size change will not be entertained.
6. Colour, design and material of all merchandises may be different from illustration and are subjected to change without notice.
7. A tax-deductible receipt of RM30 will be provided to all participants.
8. All participants are responsible for their own safety during the event. The organizer, NCSM shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries or mishaps that may happen during the event.
9. The organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the venue, route, date and time of the event. There will be no fee refund if the event is cancelled for whatever reason.
10. If there is a return of parcel due to whatever reason, upon request, the organizers will arrange to resend the parcel, but the delivery charges will be borne by participants.
11. The organizer reserves the rights to use any photographs (including those of participant), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to the organiser.
12. The organizer has the rights to amend the Terms & Conditions at anytime.
