R-DAY 2025

R Day 2025 will happen in Penang, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Perak and Johor.:

Events happening during R-Day 2025:

R-Day Fun Run- flagged off early in the morning, all participants will join the R-Day Fun Run which is the first event for R-Day.

i) Survivors Step Up for Cancer Challenge –   A step challenge for survivors happening during R Day open to survivors and caregivers with amazing prizes to be won

ii) R-Day Family Treasure Hunt– a unique Treasure Hunt for families or teams joining R-Day with specific tasks for 2 children and 2 adults to carry out as they discover clues leading them to the grand prize.

iii) Relay Race – teams of 4 individuals will participate in a highly-contested adrenaline filled race, relaying the Relay Baton from one person to another as they complete this competitive race and become the Relay Race champion – winning exclusive prizes

Other than these signature events, R-Day will feature carnival games, booths, exciting prize challenges and contests as well as whole lot of fun!

R-Day  is a paid event and is open to children, adults and in fact, individuals from every walk of life.  Participants registering for the R-Day will be able to participate in ALL events on R-Day wihout any other payment.

If you are unable to join the R-Day in person, you can always support it by joining a Virtual Fun Run. Register, run 5km from wherever you are anywhere in the world and support the Relay cause.
